Suspending Settlement During Chinese New Year

Dear Merchants and Partners,

We would like to inform you that our cooperative bank and payment channels will suspend settlement from February 11 to February 17 , 2021 due to the Chinese New Year Holiday.

Other Alipay, WeChat Pay and Grab Pay services, including but not limited to payment and refund will NOT be affected by the suspension of settlement.
